Description

JZL series is developed and produced by Wanmei company based on vacuum drying principle. It adopts coalescence separation technique, precise filtration and absorption refining technique. It\'s an ideal equipment to purify badly deteriorated insulating oil and other low viscosity lubricating oils. It\'s not only able to finish dehydration,degasification, but also able to get rid of free carbon, pigment and acidity.So that it can recover the original property of insulating oil.

Application
JZL series is widely used  in power generation plant, transformer station, power station, electric transmission and supply  institute, mining, transportation and manufacturing enterprises. It can efficiently purify and regenerate the deteriorated transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, capacitir oil and other low viscosity lubricating oils. It can effectively deal with water, gas, mechanical impurities and drop down the acid value so as to improve the oil\'s breakdown voltage and enhance the oil quality. It\'s a suitable equipment for maintenance of electric power transformer.

Structure & Features
1.Three-dimension Flash distillation system
Importing the technologies from some famous brands like German HERING, American PALL and Japanese KATO, this system consists of Three-dimension Vacuum Flash Evaporation Chamber, Flash Pall Ring, Semi-circular Sprayer and Flash Evaporation Plate etc. It can deeply remove the water and gas from the oil.
2.Foam Level Detector and Defoamer Device
Adopting high-sensitivity liquid level controlling system, it can control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically and ensure the oil level to adjust at a proper range by itself,
3.Oil Pumping System
It owns some advantages like steady operation, without damage on gearing surface, without oil barrier, low noise, long usage, high efficiency and free maintenance etc.
4.Filtration System
Precise multi-stage filtration system makes a high precision reinforced stage by stage. The filters adopted have large capacity of containing pollutants and are able to eliminate the mechanical particles in the oil effectively.
5.Heating System
Our electric heating system adopts unique design and process. It has some merits like heating evenly, keeping oil temperature constant, heating quickly, without dead area and very low surface heating load(≤1.5W/2)etc.
6.Electric Controlling System
Electric Controlling System is designed according to IEC standard, whose main electric components are from French SCHNEIDER brand, which stable performance can ensure the equipment work continuously and also makes the operation and safety protection more humanistic.

8.Double Liquid Level Controlling System
High-sensitivity ball float liquid level controlling is able to control the oil level in the vacuum flash distillation chamber automatically.
9.Instruments
The instruments adopted include liquid level meter, vacuum meter, platinum resistance, digital temperature controller and electric contact pressure meter. The grade of the instruments is above IP*5.
