PROPERTIES
  • Elegant decorative Gun-color (Black pearl) deposit can be obtained on bright deposit.
  • The deposit has strong hardness and wearability,  the technique is very stable,  suitable for both rack-plating and barrel-plating.

BATH COMPOSITION & OPERATION CONDITION
 
Potassium Pyrophosphate 150~200g/L
Salt C Bath initiator 50~60ml/L
Salt C Replenishing agent 14-20g/L
Salt C brightener 30~40ml/L
PH 8.5~9.5
Temp. 35~45oC
Anode Tin plate
Dk 0.2~1A/dm2
Cathode moving required
