ZN-100 Fast Alkaline Non Cyanide Zinc Plating Processes
 
Properties:
 
ZN100 is a composite additive, can be used as brightener and additive, the advantages are as follows:
  • Convert poisonous cyanide to no poisonous alkaline environmental friendly zinc plating smoothly
 
  • Wide current range, bright layer, uniform, compact, good adhesion and leveling power
 
  • Excellent compatibility, fit for alkaline zincate and trace cyanide, compatible with other brightener and additives
 
  • Stable plating solution, do not contain aldehyde and chelate, dispose waste water easily
 
  • Suitable for rack and barrel plating
 
  • Brighten fast、if no requires of thickness, can take out of the bath only few minutes, improve work efficiency, save cost, fit for simple workpiece requiring fast-brightening, reduce the cost.
 
  • Bright and compact layer appearance, good property after treating the converting film of chromate, colorful after passivation, good corrosion
 
Process Flow-path:
 
Degrease alkaline chemically → wash by hot water → remove rust by acid-washing → wash → wash by running cool water → activate(hydrochloric acid 10%) → bright zinc plating → recycle → wash → neutralize(nitric acid 2-3%) → passivate → wash → dry(60~80℃)
