Description of double girder steel plate crane 
The Double Girder Overhead Crane are widely used for Hydro Power Station, Power Plant, Steel Mills, Paper Mill, Storge and Each kinds Factory Workshop. The Double Girder Overhead Crane are consists of Main Girder, End Carriage, Lifting Trolley and Electrical Parts. It can be divided into QD model, QDY model, QZ model, YZ model, QY model, QB model, QC model. 


 
The following we mainly introduce the QD model double girder (or called double beam ) electric hoist overhead bridge travelling crane.

1. Features for QD model double girder steel plant crane:
(1). Widely used in factory, warehouse, logistic etc. If used in combustible, explosive, corrosive (acid,alkali, planting, steam), electromagnetic environment, it need customized design. 
(2). Working system: A5-A6
(3). Working temperature: -25°c ~ 40°c(not in this range need special design for you )
(4). Operation of the crane shall be finished in cab completely.
(5). Heavy duty and high efficient
(6). Easy for Installation and maintenance. 
(7). Electric hoist or trolley is on the beam/girder. The hoist or trolley travel on the beam, trolley is mainly used on large lifting capaicty overhead bridge crane.
 
2.Safety systems of double girder steel plant crane
It is equipped with such protecting deviced as alarm device to over loading, obliquely hanging, second protecting equipment preventing hook clashing the top, protecting the current lacking of any phrase etc. The operating board(handle) adopts 12v safe voltage to fulfill multi-function of protection to single girder hoist. The electric controlling can be used more than 2 million times when the voltage is 380v+5~-10%.
