Gum Arabic is a complex mixture of glycoproteins and polysaccharides initially isolated from two species of the acacia tree, available as Off-white to Yellowish Granular or Powder. Gum Arabic is mainly used as stabilizer in food industry. It is widely accepted as safe food additive.
