Description

LYSI***1 is a pelletized formulation with *0% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in LDPE resin. It is widely used as an efficient additive for PE or PE compatible resin system to improve processing properties and surface quality. With LYSI***1, properties like liquidity, demolding, dispersion are highly improved . No matter for High-speed packaging film/bottle, Wire&Cable compounds, Automobile interior trims/ bumper compounds or TPE compounds . they reduce the melt viscosity and thus improve the flow characteristics. By lowering the extruder torque , die pressure, COF and increase throughout . Meanwhile, excellent surface quality are expected too.
