We are going to display:
1) Lens barrel
Single channel optical barrel product (attenuated and natural
color) are widely used in SFP and SFP+ optical module. Tri-comms
has more than *0 types barrel lens with 2 million + monthly
capacity. The attenuation barrel lens could meet +/*0.1db tolerence
in the range of *0.6db to *4db. Tri-Comms also works with customers
and develops several types COB lens. COB TX lens is compatible with
LD/MPD design on board.
2) Lens array
Lens array connector with 4 to *4 channels are used for QSFP, CXP,
AOC, LPK/Thunderbolt and other data-com products. Several lens
array product has started mass production in the factory since
***1. The products can meet MPO standard connectivity or customized
standard; customized board to VCSEL height and precision alignment
holes or through hole for alignment.
3) Optical lens/Prisms/domes/lens assemblies
Tri-Comms also produces precision molded optics, like prisms,
domes, fresnel lens and lens assemblies etc per customer
requirements. with a full series of advanced metrology equipment,
Tri-Comms can get fast and reliable test results on almost all
optical parameters and guarantee a controllable manufacturing
process.
