Vanilla Powder
Vanilla powder is made from "Extract" (or "C") grade Vanilla
Planifolia, although depending on customer's needs, we can also
provide other grades.
Vanillin content: 1.0 ~2% min
Moisture: *0min ~*4% max
Particle size: 0.3 ~ 0.4mm
Our vanilla powder is packaged by weight, in **0g, **0g, **0g, and
5kg, Vacuum pack pouches.
Packaging and Shipment We vacuum packed sealed pouched. It also
increases the shelf life of Vanilla and protects it from fungus
attack. After opening the packet for regaining the Vanilla flavour,
allow the Vanilla beans to breath fresh air for at least one hour.
Temperature and an airtight container being the most significant
factors in successful storage, ideally vanilla pods should be kept
at *5 *5C.
During export, pods "GOURMET" type are packed in vacuum bag. As
"GOURMET" pods contain a relatively high moisture (*5% +/- 2max),
the vacuum packaging is recommended when shipped to minimize the
risk of contamination. Packed from **0g, **0g, 1kg, 5kg per carton
or as client require.
The pods of "EXTRACTION" or "REDDISH VANILLA" type are packaged
differently than "GOURMET" pods. As the moisture content is
relatively low, we use transparent polyethylene bag, lined with
waxed paper in a box that can hold *0kg net.
