Question 1:  what is 3PE  pipe coating?

it means 3 layers MAPEC for steel pipe outside coating.

the 3 layers are:

First layer: FBE>**0um

Second layer: Adhesive **0～**0um

Final layer: PE 2.5～3.7mm

Question 2:  what is 3PE used for?

3PE absorb the goodness of epoxy resin and PE, it has been recognized for above *0 years. It can be keep anti-corrosion and insulation for ****0 years.

It can be used for water supply & drainge for coal mine, pipelines for under well, vent, buried water pipeline, oil, gas pipeline and so on...

Question 3:  what kind of pipe can be coated 3 PE?

All seamless pipe, ERW pipe, Spiral pipe  are okay.

Question 4:  3PE coating technical procesure?

Before coating, the pipe need to check and recored. for cleaness and surface smooth and rust cleaning. then, wrap adhesive tap, do dust remove treatment, Heated to required temperature, Spray FBE (first layer), wrap adhesive (second layer), then PE(final layer).  Finaly water cool and check quality, marking.
