Bentonite in civil
engineering applications is used as a mineral hydraulic barrier in
diaphragm walls, foundations, tunneling, horizontal directional
drilling and pipe jacking. in trenching, bored piling, and slurry
wall installation. It is also used in soil sealing and other
hydraulic barriers applications. Soil sealing and other

bentonite is required.
