Application Method:
 
1) Direct or indirect screen printing
 
2)  Recommended mixing ratio

  powder : medium = 10: 4.5~6  ( medium type: flowing or semi-thixotropic)
  poweder: medium = 10:6~8   ( medium type: thixotropic)
  cover flux ; medium = 10:8~10 
 
3)  Recommended screen mesh:
    color powder:  250~350 mesh
    flux: 300~350 mesh
 
Appropriate mixing ratio is related to the quality of medium which factories are using. Please adjust the mixing ratio based on your own medium. Brightness after firing is directly connected with medium quality.
