Subject to the size the wall nibs are distinguished as the whole, half, quarter and broken.

Our assortment includes: dark-yellow halves of walnut nibs, light halves of walnut nibs, light whole of walnut nibs.

The walnut is divided into five sorts and one kilogram consists of:

- the 3rd sort red butterflies 7.5%

- the 4th sort red sticks 7.5%

- the 5th sort nuts (small) *5%
