Description
VEM seriesis a specialsystem according to cosmetics, chemical synthesis reactions and high viscous materials. The system consists ofpretreatment kettle, vacuum homogeneous emulsifying system, mixing system, heating system, vacuum pressure system, temperature and pressure sensing system, lifting system, electric control system and operation platform etc.There are laboratory type, and industrial production type to choose, the machinery can be customized according to customers requirements.
VEM series uses three coaxial stirring processing, stably suitable for emulsification , so that the material treated very fine, particles become tiny.The quality of emulsification isdecided by how particle is distributed in the preparing period. The smaller particles are, the possibilitygatheringon the surface is smaller, so emulsifying chance gets smaller.VEM adopts special stator and rotor structure, Through high speed revolving, the stator and rotor produce high shearing, compression, folding turbulence etc. andmaking the material flow into the high-shear homogeneous emulsion with the help of reversed blade mixing action, making the detail of products  a high standard.Because of the vacuum system, the VEM seriescan get high-quality emulsifying effect.
