Description
Under the high-speed rotation of rotor, strong suction flow forms in the HM mixed emulsifier(intermittent), and injects to the stator slot following the rotor end which can form super strong instantaneous shearing flows and achieve the role of mixing and dispersion. Central auxiliary impeller can provide flow direction, increase internal recycling power container, and drive the floating powder upper of the liquid or suspensions in materials into the working chamber.
High shear homogeneous mixer adopts the high shear principle to carry on the high speed homogeneous emulsification,according to the characteristics of different materials can be used in the structural form of diversification, the purpose of which can be finished oil-water emulsion,multi phase homogeneous, powder liquid dispersion and other processes. The auxiliary tank adopts many kinds of structure forms,such as heating,scraper,tank pouring out of material and so on.
