used to mold to different kinds of EPP product.EPP foam material/product is widely used in car parts, such as core material of bumper, anti-collision block, car roof and so on. Also it is used in the package area, such as the package of Electronic products, medical devices, food, etc.
 

  1. Structure of machine frame
  1. Whole equipment frame is welded by *6Mn(high manganese steel Q**5)
  2. we make Zinc spraying layer and spray layer on the surface of whole equipment frame, which guarantees the best capability and long lifetime for anti-corrosion.
  3. Frame formwork is made of 4 pcs of guide posts, every post can be independently removed and replaced, so you dont need to make an disassemble of whole equipment.
  4. Adding the Balance guiding system on the movable mold, to ensure the parallel degree of movable mold running while loading the weight of movable weight, in order to  ensure the distance between movable mold and fixed mold is equality, so that the thickness and size of identity mode are same.

  1. pipeline system
  1. steam pipeline system: the steam feeding of movable mold use the ways of combined rotary assembly type, which reduce the hose using, to reduce the using cost.
All valves in steam system use imported brand (GEMU of Germany).
The steam feeding system of movable mold and fixed mold use *-sides feeding, to ensure the high efficient of steam feeding of equipment, also it can reduce the steam consumption at the same time.
  1. Air system: the machine is equipped with air drying degreasing system, to ensure the common using and using life of air element. and all valves in air system use Germany GEMU brand.  
  2. Water system: Equipment is equipped with quantitative water cylinder, to not affect the cooling efficient of equipment when the pressure of plant water system is too low.
  3. Vacuum system: having separated-working high efficient cooling system, working Negative pressure can reach to be *7bar.
3. Hydraulic system
1)Our hydraulic driving systems piston pump brand is Germany Rexroth, it have the function of Step-less speed changes and quick response speed, low noise and long using lifetime. The speed of mold closing can reach to be **0mm/s, the speed of mold opening can reach to be **0mm/s.
2)Having 6 units of hydraulic cylinder,2 units of driving cylinder,4 units of mold locking cylinder, to ensure the effect of mold locking. And the mold locking pressure can reach to be **0bar
3)All valves on hydraulic driving part use imported hydraulic valves, brand is Taiwan YUATSUSEIKI.
 
  1. Control system
  1. PLC and touch screen all use Siemens brand.
  2. The controlling of steam pipeline valve all use Germany COSYS electro pneumatic digital proportional valve(with Tape positioning controller),use all Digital Proportional Pulse flowing control, pulse feeding, pulse heating.
  3. parameters setting is easier, which improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption
  4. when the safe system having fault and safe door is open, the single safety control circuit will cut the PLC output power and working power of AC contactor, so the machine cant run, which ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.
