Appearance : nontransparent dense , viscous liquid . Taste and aroma: natural , well-marked common for sea buckthorn, Brown color.
Dry solids weight ratio *5%. Mineral impurity, impurity of vegetable origin and other impurities are not allowed.

It is used in the production of juices , juice drinks , nectars , fruit drinks (recovery ratio for 1/8 (juice concentrate / water). Can be used in confectionary industry for manufacturing of fillings.
