Dark Brick Tea

Description

The brick surface is flat with clear edge, its thickness is consistent and fungus growing is commonly exuberant; the brick surface is blackish brown, its inherent aroma is pure, and its liquor color is orange yellow. Its taste is mellow without astringency. At the time of brewing and drinking the brick tea, the liquor is required to be red without turbidity, it shall be aromatic and clear, it shall not be coarse, its taste shall be dense without astringency, its sense of taste shall be strong, and it shall withstand infusion and brewing. Especially, the eurotium cristatum (commonly called golden flower) in the brick shall be commonly be exuberant, and its dry smell shall resemble the freshness of flower.
