Grid system ensures the precise and easy installation of ceiling tiles. The Grid system is mobile, thus can be moved to another location if required. This system provides great solutions for the ceiling professionals, and projects that require special designs, colors, textures and gauge. The laminates can be customized according to the specifications

• Determine the required ceiling level, mark the position and fix the wall Angle on the wall. Screws, stub nails or dry fasteners should be used for installation onto wall angles, depending on type of wall
• The main Tee should be suspended from the overhead structure with gauge *4 galvanized steel wires together with a hanger bracket; the spacing for the main Tee should be *8 or *4 from center to center
• Cross Tee should be inserted into the main Tee slot and locked into position using slight forward pressure.
• Adjust all levels and alignments of the whole grid system precisely.
• Install square-cut Gypsum Tile as required.
