1. Clean on Board Ocean Bill of Lading
2. Certificate of change of ownership.
3. Certification of Weight and Quality issued by manufacture.
4. Certification of Weight and Quality to be issued by SGS.
5. Certificate of Origin, issued by Congolese Government.                                          
6. Export Permit Certificate from the country of origin.
7. Assay Certificate duly signed by Office Congolais de Controle .
8. Packing list showing Contract No, Seal No, Container No, Gross Net Weight and number of ocean bill of Lading.
9. Once the offer has been accepted
10. The buyer sends official Letter of Intent [LOI]
11. The Seller Provides a draft contract to the buyer
12. Buyer reviews the contract and fills in the columnsfor the buyer.

• The Buyer or his representatives travels to the loading port  DarEs Salaam and be present during inspections and loading of the goods.
• The seller and the buyer will sign the hard copy of the contract at the loading port
