Manufacturing process is carried out in a way that:

• Best quality wood is selected.
• Pieces of wood are cut and finished to get assembled.
• Assembling is done first with small sized nails then the joints are attached so it make it strong enough as it gets joined twice.
• When it gets joined together, it gets finishing touch once again.
• Then the quality controller checks the product and make sure that the overall material, size and quality is upto the mark.
• After approval from the Quality controller, it get polished and may be painted (as per demand)
• Finally a glass or transparent plastic (some customers in Pakistan want plastic on the face sight area of the coffins opening door instead of glass) is placed.
• Product gets ready to dispatch.

We are selling our coffin boxes in the local market and exporting to other parts of the world as well. In case when we export the coffin boxes, some customers request us to send them unassembled; some customers order us the fully assembled but without glass; some want painted and may be fully assembled with glass, polish and paint too.
