Operation:

1. You can chose metric system or UK system

2. Press MODE , it display time, step, calorie and distance one by one .

3. when step shows , press SET 2 seconds, step become 0 ,and you can record step from beginning

4. when time shows , press SET 2 seconds and time flicker , then press MODE to adjust time

5. when distance shows , press SET to adjust one step length 

6. when calorie shows , press SET to adjust weigh
