1. 2.       Easy to Use

Our UV curing resin is liquid, comprising one-component, ready-to-use casting resin for glass lamination. Our resin is Glass-like transmittance, not yellow with age and in excellent safety and security against high impact strength.

As the resin is liquid during the dosing and dispensing stage, it perfectly fills the space between the glass sheets, whether these are of an irregular surface (such as tempered, patterned or heat-strengthened glass) or whether they are formed or cured glass shapes. 

Curing is by UV light or Sun\'s rays, which just requires about ****0 minutes in exposing to UV for curing. The material contains no solvent nor plasticizers (SGS certificated) and no water evaporated.

The price of our resin is extremely low, helping you and your customer cut your current cost *0% off. Morever, compared to PVB which is frequently used in processing laminated glass, no autoclaves nor heavy presses is required in using our resin. Low investment cost and low energy consumption are involved during production.

At the present, SAOSA UV curing resin covers three hot types for different application:

• SAOSA UV-S for general laminated glass, with high transparency rate
• SAOSA UV-H for architectural laminated glass, with high impact resistance
• SAOSA UV-B for bulletproof laminated glass

l       Technical Data

*Tensile Strength Test under **0° C, inherits Military Standard. SAOSA UV Curing Resin is the only glass lamination resin adopted by China Military Party, also the only resin in China taken this stringent test in accordance with military standard.

l       Processing Method

SAOSA UV curing resin is on-component, ready-to-use liquid. You dont need to mix the resin with any other catalyst to start the curing. SaoSA resin liquid can only be cured by exposing to V-A rays radiation (UV-A wavelength: **5nm***0nm). Therefore, the laminated glass with resin liquid inside exposing to sunlight directly, because sunlight covers UV-A rays, the other way is to use the assemble of UV light tubes to make resin cured indoor. Below is the processing method:
 

1. Preparation- Cut the glass to the desired dimension. Then clean by hand or by suitable glass washing machines. Before filling, the glass must be dry, clean and free from dust. Space the glass panes to be joined with tape to the desired thickness of SaoSA resin layer then press.

2. Filling- Fill the calculated amount of cast resin into glass pane airspace. After the filling process, the panes remain in the inclined position in order to let the air escape which has been introduced during casting. Lower the glass panes slowly until they reach a horizontal position. When all bubbles are displaced by liquid resin, seal opening with hot melt glue.

3. Curing- Curing takes place in horizontal position. The bearing surface must be flat. Put the laminated glass under sunlight or UV tube lights for ****0 minutes for complete curing.

Shelf life: *8 months

Storage condition: Store tightly sealed containers in a dry, dark place for no more than *8 months. In order to maximize shelf life stability, SAOSA resin must be kept free of impurities and humidity.

Package size: There are two packing drums available for shipment. One is small drum, *5KGS resin contained, the other is bigger drum, **0KGS resin contained.
