NEO UV-printer is a hybrid printer. It can print on the rigid materials (flat, sheet) and on the roll materials too. For this purpose it has two tables for having ideal broach of the material. Without tables it can print on the roll materials (banner, paper, self - adhesive film xxxxx) NEO UV-printer uses UV-curable inks, they print as on the rigid materials and on the flexible materials too for outdoor and indoor use. Inks are in liquid state and after UV-radiation influence inks from the liquid state momentary turn to solid state (polymerization process). After that generates a firm bone-deep bond between solid ink**9;s film and substrate of the material. There is no need in additional drying or preliminary heating of the material. Inks are drying affected by the UV-radiation. Thus having the NEO UV-printer you can print on: * Cardboard and plastic; * Paper and vinyl; * Wood and ceramics; * Metal and glass; * Canvas and clothes UV-technology is widening boards of traditional ways of use of wide-format printing. Any surface: smooth, rough, volumetric, molded, mirror-like, mate, transparent. Use of NEO UV-printer is limited only by fantasy and wish of clients. In addition to traditional spheres: printing of P.O.S. materials on the plastics, Plexiglas, metal, transference of photos on different beariers from canvas to metal. You can also try yourself in drifting on saturated lasting images on the glass, door, jalousie and anything else. You can print on anything you can place on the table of the printer. NEO UV-printer has a low cost because they are no several operations and not needed materials such as: printing on intermediate material (self - adhesive film), lamination, knurl and trim.
