Dear Buyers:

FOB TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:
 

  • Buyer issue ICPO
  • Seller issue Sales and Purchase Agreement, buyer and seller signed contract agreement.
  • Buyer send CPAwith vessel details Q*8, and POF bank to bank only
  • Seller will issue Laycan
  • Seller will commence loading vessel,
  • Once vessel complete loading with SGS report, Seller will issue CI as per SGS Q&Q report, Buyer releases full payment within *8hrs by T/T for the total value of the product. Seller hand over Ownership to Buyer.
 
CIFTRANSACTION PROCEDURES:

 
 
  • Buyer issue ICPO
  • Seller issue Sales and Purchase Agreement, buyer and seller signed contract agreement.
  • Buyer Bank will issue the DLC / MT**0 to Sellers bank
  • Seller will commence loading vessel and send full POP,plus 2%PB
  • Upon vessel arrival to destination port after SGS/CIQ, Buyer releases full payment within *2hrs by T/Tforthe total value of the product. Seller hand over Ownership to Buyer destination port.
