PROCEDURE:
1. The Seller issue the FCO.
2. The Buyer Read and understand FCO and if satisfied Buyer signs
and stamp the FCO and return it to the seller and seller sign and
seal and return copy to Buyer.
3. The Buyer and Seller enter into initial contract according to
their own agreement as follows:

Buyer
will return the contract with approval (sign and stamp) as well as
a template
of the
verbiage of the LC that will be issued from Buyer to sellers
financier account

Seller
will issue invoice of first tranche and contract total to
Buyer

Buyer
bank issues LC (**0% at Sight, Irrevocable, confirmed, transferable
Letter of
Credit)
for shipment of agreed contract quantity

First
shipment commences
-
Payment
of goods will be effected by LC after receiving an assay from SGS
or
equivalent
showing the quantity and quality are matching whats described in
the
contract.

Seller
commences next shipment after payment received at sellers
bank

The
SBLC will be active and valid for 2 years. (SBLC must be from a top
prime bank)
