Impeccable Source
Our cashews are hand harvested and sourced directly from local farmers in the Bono Ahafo and Eastern Regions of Ghana.  They are hand grown and hand harvested with no pesticides or chemicals, thus, are very wholesome.
 
Local Harvest
As stated above, our cashews are carefully hand harvested and sourced directly from local farmers in the Bono Ahafo and Eastern Regions of Ghana, where the fruit thrives in the tropical climate. Based on how they are handled, they maintain their natural sweet flavour and quality.
 
Steaming
Cashews are naturally coated in a thin, hard, inedible shell when they are harvested. To get the fruit out for any processing, it is steamed under a conducive temperature to soften the shell such that it can be removed without damaging the fruit. Our cashews are graded according to size, shape, and colour.
 
Hand Sorting
The next step is sorting. Our cashews now are carefully hand sorted for the highest grades and quality with your satisfaction in mind
