   It is an Single Stage end suction horizontal type self-priming Magnetic Drive centrifugal type ZMD-F Series Fluorine plastic Lining pump,which is a product developed to meet the performance requirement of the anti-corrosive function and not need to inject water or vacuum for subsequent frequent start-up, which is convenient, safe and easy to operate.

● Design and Operation Feature

ISO***8 * Specification for single stage end-suction centrifugal pump (*6 bar).

HG/T********2 * Specification for chemical process magnetic driven centrifugal pump .

    The Pump Body metal shell processing dovetail groove lined with FEP(F*6) in external mixing self-priming structure.

The Pump Spindle was directly embed  into pump casing with center of stationary ring,make pump stable operation and maintained convenience.

Reinforcing sleeve was designed with injection molding made of Carbon Fiber ( Peek Material ) ,it can avoid eddy current loss caused by rotating magnetic field,Pressure- Resistant Ability can catch up to 1.6 Mpa.

It Selected Strongly Magnetic NdFeB Material designation ,it will make pump running with strongly bite force with magnetic coupling performance.

The Motor shaft and pump chamber is completely sealed, avoid pump leakage problem and running, run, drip, drain phenomenon happened.
