Buckwheat honey
Brown honey with an acrid taste and a very strong flavour. It enhances the flavour of confectionery products (gingerbread) and is best of the range for making meads. The honey is recommended for iron deficiency and when convalescing. It stimulates bone healing processes, may be used as add-on treatment in circulation problems and has anti-atherosclerosis effects.
