Black truffle Yunnanese (Tuber indicum)

Description

The picking season goes between Mid Nov - Mid Feb, quality mature fruits are black on the inside with thin white vein, with exterior similar to the Tuber melanosporum however the earthy, musky and dried fruit scent is less intense and persistent.
Shipping: fresh truffles are sent on air freight with standard 10 - 20kg polystyrene box with CO2 dry ice packs and water absorbent paper. Depending on your location and customs clearance speed, they should typically arrive within 48-72 hours from time of picking; 36 hours domestically to most places in China. Packing to customer specification also possible.
