Velvet Beans

Description

Velvet Bean, also known as the Devils bean in Nigeria is a legume from Africa and Asia. It is a shrub with climbing vines reaching up to *5 metres in length. As a plant used for centuries by traditional systems of medicine, researchers have found that consumption of velvet beans offers some fabulous health benefits. Some of them are:
