Introducing our company ( RAND GENERAL PROCESSING (PTY)LTD  to you as direct sellers and suppliers of quality HMS 1&2 and USED RAILS R**-R*5 at a very competitive prices per metric ton on our company operational terms and conditions.
             
We are able to supply any quantity of HMS 1&2 and USED RAILS  to global destination as per buyers choice.
                         
Due to the fact that the price for scrap metal in the market is down for now, we offer our best prices as follows:
 
HMS 1&2 - $ **0 per metric ton
USED RAILS -  $ **5 Per metric ton
 
The above prices are all our direct warehouse prices which is excluding the materials processing cost which has to done by your own processing company, you can decide to hire and contract any processing company from the seller holding country to process the materials for you on your own separate cost or you can also decide to bring your processing company from any were in the world to come and process the materials as per your request.
When I say materials processing simply means;
 
The HMS 1&2 Ratio *0:*0 ISRI Code ******6 are all in solid form which will require cutting them in to total lose, load in *0ft container and transport to Durban port of loading for shipping processing, and the USED RAILS are also in full length of *2.5m long which will also require cutting them in to your preferred length before loading them in to *0ft containers and transport to the loading port for shipping process all on your separate cost and not included in the above given prices per metric ton.
 
The above mentioned service will be done by your processing and not by Seller Company.
Seller only  sign contract for solid metals with, you will have to arrange for your processing company to do the cutting on cost and pay the processing company as per their preferred payments.
 
Seller accept **0% LC against all shipping documents at sight whereas the LC value will only cover the total quantity of the materials in accordance to prices pr/metric ton.
You are not allowed to include materials processing cost to seller LC value which is not allow by law.
You will have to treat the issue of materials processing direct with your processing company separately without the involvement of seller.
The only place seller can get involved in the issue of materials processing is when you seek for the assistance of seller to help you recommend a processing company for you.
 
QUANTITY:
 
Even though we can supply any quantity as per your request but then we have our company quantity restriction for buyers who has not done any business with our company before;
 
Applicable to both materials; USED RAILS and HMS 1&2,  our maximum quantity applicable to all first time buyers is *0,**0 mt and not more than that.
After successful delivery of the first quantity, we can then proceed to any bigger quantity of your choice.
 
MATERIALS SPECIFICATIONS:

GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS OF MATERIALS AND SPECIFICATION AS PER INTERNATIONAL STANDARD:
The scrap consists out of a mix of mill scrap (stampings, cuttings, bars, etc.), Industrial scrap (nuts, bolts, misc. pieces, etc), auto and truck frames and bodies, railroad scrap (wheels, axles, parts of locomotives and carriages, etc.), ship scrap (fittings, plate pieces, parts), construction scrap (plate, bars, angle pieces, rods, steel pipe, etc.) and miscellaneous commercial scrap (appliance casings, frames and parts, etc.). Non-Metal impurities total of 1% (one percent) or less. All goods sold by the seller will also be totally free from any types of radiation, bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells or explosive materials in any form either used or otherwise as per the specification below.
 HMS 1 - ISRI Code **0: Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap ¼ inch or steel scrap ¼ inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over *0 x *4 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
HMS 1 - ISRI Code **1: Heavy melting steel 3 feet x *8 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap ¼ inch over in thickness individual pieces not over *6 inches x *8 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
HMS 1 - ISRI Code **2: Heavy melting steel 5 feet x *8 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap 1.4 inch and over in thickness individual pieces not over *0 inches x *8 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging
 HMS 2 - ISRI Code **3: Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron or steel scrap, black and galvanized. 1/8 inch and over in thickness, charging box size to include material not suitable as No.1 heavy melting steel. Prepared in a manner to ensure compact charging.
 HMS 2 - ISRI Code **4: Same as ISRI **3 but max size *6x*8 inches.
 HMS 2 - ISRI Code **5: Same as ISRI **4 but free of sheet iron or thin gauged material.
 HMS 2 - ISRI Code **6: Same as ISRI **4, but max size *0 x *8 inches.
 (Hereinafter collectively referred to as "(HMS 1&2") *0:*0.
 
 
USED RAILS:
 
Specification/chemical composition of used rails bellow:
 
 
Rails are free from bent and twisted rails, frog, switch and guard rails, rails with split heads and broken flanges. Continuous welded rail may be included provided no weld is over 9 inches from end of the piece of rail. Free from Fluff, Non ferrous inclusions, excessive rust and other impurities. Free from war and explosives, shells, cartridges, other arms and ammunitions used or otherwise and any closed containers.
 
Free from any radioactive materials, any harmful chemicals, substances, and coatings any organic waste any other harmful substances. Dirt, dust, rust fluff and other impurities not allowed being over 5%. The rails are to be neatly bundled and secured with iron wire or straps, provided with adequate lifting hooks. Individual bundles not to exceed 5 MTW.
 
Rail, Steel No. 1.Standard section tee rails, original weight *0 pounds per yard or heavier, *2.5m. Rail, Steel No. 2 Cropped Rail Ends. Standard section, original weight of *0 pounds per yard and over *2.5meters long .
 
(*8B) (*8C) Rail, Steel No. 2 T. Rail Ends. Standard section, original weight *0 pounds per yard and over *2.5meters. Rail, Steel No. 3.Standard section tee, girder, and/or guard rails, to be free from frog and switch rails not cut apart, and contain no manganese, cast, welds, or attachments of any kind except angle bars.

Scrap (R*0/R*5) chemical composition shall be according to:

PROCEDURE:
1.         Reach agreement.
 
2.         Seller send DRAFT CONTRACT
 
3.         Buyer return DRAFT CONTRACT signed and seal
 
4.         Seller send HARD CONTRACT;
 
5.         Buyer arranges payment or open L/C document, send the bank bill or copy of L/C to seller for  checking
 
6.         Seller sends all document that buyer need, buyer release the LC to seller.
 
7.         Each party hereto will bear its respective banking costs charge.
 
9.         Shipment will start according to conditions of contract and agreed schedule
