EPE Waste Automatic Removing Machine

Description

Application:
Mainly used for the waste-discharging of punched EPE foam. High labor efficiency is achived for the customers who engage in EPE processing.
工作原理：
EPE珍珠棉自动排废机主要用于EPE珍珠棉废料的排出，取代了传统的用手抠废料的工艺。通过油缸主轴下压的原理，将产品的废料顶出来（卸出来）。
Operating principle:
Instead of removing the waste, the waste is discharged by means that the spindle of oil-cylinder presses down.
 
自动排废机的优势：
1、堆叠储料后自动送料排废，大大节省了送料时间；
2、增加废料输送带，更利于废料收集；
3、排废面积由原来的**0***0扩大至***0***0，采用液压动力系统，动力更强。
