ORGANIC COCONUT SUGAR is an organic product made from coconut tree nectar. Nectar is dried from coconut tree flowers just before the flowers bloom. The delicious nectar can be used in the same way as ordinary sugar. This product is soy-free. The delicious nectar is dried and made into crystals which can be used in the same way as regular sugar.

ORGANIC COCONUT SUGARis fairly stable to air if protected from humidity. The product may be storedfor*4months from the date it was manufactured in the unopened container and at room temperature with low humidity. The high humidity and temperature may cause sticky.   A longtime contact with a high humidity condition may cause melting. Please store athumidity below*5% RH.

Packaging
Sugar can be packed in a paper sack with HDPE, PE, or PP inner of *5 kg or even larger packing size. Popular packagesizes are in corrugated box with PE plastic inner of 5 kgor *2.5 kg, each box consists of 2 plastic. Retail packaging could use a standing pouch of **4 g, or in accordance with buyer demand.
