Classification:
1. Aromatic amine antioxidants:diphenylamine;compounds, derivatives or polymers, such as benzyl two amines and two hydrogen quinoline:natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber and isoamyl rubber, etc;
2. Hindered phenolic antioxidants:2, *- tert-butyl**- methylphenol,Bis (3, *- three grade butyl **- hydroxyphenyl) thioether,
3. Auxiliary antioxidant: thiopropionate diester and phosphite: often used with hindered phenolic antioxidants;
Application:
1. Antioxidant ***0:white liquid powder,melting point**0~**5℃,low toxicity,it is a better antioxidant,it has been used more in polypropylene resin.It is a kind of additive with high thermal stability and is very suitable for use at high temperature.It can prolong the service life of products.In addition, it can also be used in most other resins. The general dosage is not more than 0.5%;
2. Antioxidant ***6:White or yellowish crystalline powder,melting point*0~*5℃,non-toxic.Insoluble in water, soluble in benzene, acetone, ethane, esters and other solvents.It can be used as antioxidant for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, ABS and acrylic acid resins.It has good antioxidant property, low volatility and washing resistance.The general dosage is not more than 0.5%.It can be used as an adjuvant for forming food packaging materials.
3. Antioxidant CA:White crystalline powder,melting point**0~**8℃,low toxicity.Soluble in acetone, ethanol, toluene and ethyl acetate.Antioxidant additives suitable for polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS and polyamide resins,also be used for wires and cables in contact with the same person.The general dosage should not exceed 0.5%.
4. Antioxidant **4:White or yellowish crystalline powder or flake,melting point*0℃,boiling point about**0℃, non-toxic.It is widely used in many kinds of resins.It is more suitable for use in food packaging materials (polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS, polyester and polystyrene) resin.The general dosage is 0.*1%~0.5%.
5. Antioxidant DNP:Light grey powder,melting point about **0℃,Soluble in aniline and nitrobenzene, insoluble in water.Suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene,the impact polystyrene and ABS resins have good thermal stability and inhibit the effects of copper and lime metals in addition to their antioxidant properties.The general dosage should not exceed 2%.
6. Antioxidant DLTP:White crystalline powder,melting point about *0℃,low toxicity.Insoluble in water, soluble in benzene, carbon tetrachloride, acetone.Auxiliary antioxidants for polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS and polyvinyl chloride resins can change the heat resistance and antioxidant property of products.The general dosage is 0.*5%~1.5%.
7. Antioxidant TNP:Light yellow viscous liquid,the freezing point below *5℃,boiling point greater than **5℃,tasteless, non-toxic.Insoluble in water, soluble in acetone, ethanol, benzene and carbon tetrachloride.It is suitable for polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, impact polystyrene, ABS, polyester and other resins. It has high oxidation resistance at high temperature.The usage is less than 1.5%.
8. Antioxidant TPP:Light yellow transparent liquid,freezing point*9~*4℃,boiling point**0℃.Soluble in alcohol, benzene and acetone.Auxiliary antioxidants suitable for polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polypropylene and ABS resins.Use quantity should not exceed 3%.
9. Antioxidant MB:Pale yellow powder,melting point greater than **5℃.Soluble in ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, insoluble in water and benzene.Antioxidants suitable for polyethylene, polyamide and polypropylene resin.This product is non-polluting, non-coloring, and can be used for white or bright products.The dosage should not exceed 0.5%.
*0. Antioxidant **4:White crystals,melting point****1℃,relative density1.**8(*0/4℃),refractive index1.***9(*5℃).Solubility at room temperature in the following solvents: methanol *5%; ethanol *6%; isopropanol *0%; acetone *0%; petroleum ether *0%; benzene *0%.Insoluble in water, glycerol and propylene glycol.Odorless, tasteless and has good thermal stability,as a general phenolic antioxidant.Widely used in polymer materials, petroleum products and food processing industry.
