Balanced Weave Wire Mesh Belt

Description

Drive Balanced Weave Wire Mesh Belt is mainly made of Stainless Steel or other grade metal wire. It can transport goods under heavy loads for long distance through quenching liquids, cooking oils or other slippery conditions. Balanced weave belt is made up by crimped rod or straight rod and left spiral or right spiral wire by the balanced weave method.



Crimped rod type: focused weaving metal wire mesh's advantages, because the deeper of the crimped rod, every of the spiral wire gets correct postion, so this type can reduce the  conveyor belts's variant and extension.

Straight rod type: made up by straight rod, One-side Rotation spiral wire. The holes of this type belt are very small and well-distributed and it guarantees smooth belt running. This style is perfect for small and heavy products.
