Equipment profile
Copper powder will be produced during drawing because of the friction between copper wire and die while the wire or cable conductor drawing process. If the copper powder isnt cleaned on time, it will exist in wire drawing emulsion and die pore. So it will make wire drawing emulsion deteriorate, reduce the service life of drawing die and drawing wheel and seriously affect the quality of wire surface. So the copper powder filter is necessary in wire drawing production line.
The copper powder filter from our company is produced with European technology, adopt special water flow design, it can reduce the impact on the filter cloth, the filter cloth is electromechanical control and automatic working, stainless steel mesh design is convenient and easy to use. All of this is the guarantee to produce high quality copper wire. It can be used for cleaning and filtering of drawing emulsion in copper wire drawing process. According to different types of filter cloth, the filtering accuracy can be (****0) um. It adopts chain mesh transmission to make the filter cloth goes full-automatically, the filter cloth reeling is equipped with water level sensor and thechain gear is synchronous. It could keep the drawing emulsion clean in case of deteriorating, remove the copper powder in drawing emulsion, extend the service life of dies and wheels; reduce the broken line rate and increase the output; use gravity reflux instead of emulsion pump to save power.

Equipment characteristics
1, the copper powder is driven by stainless steel chain mesh, so the tension of filter cloth is consistent all the time and the routing is smooth and not curly.
2, the filter cloth is automatic controlled that it saves the cost of filter cloth.
3, Reduce the situation that plate heat exchanger blocked, avoid often cleaning the plate heat exchanger frequently
