Description
The crusher hammer shaft assembly, also known as the crusher hammer

1. Clean and unload the crusher to crush the shaft group. Clean the
coal, sundries, stains and rust on the surface of the broken shaft
fittings.
2. Disassemble and inspect the broken shaft group of the cleaned
crusher. Disassembly shall be carried out in the prescribed
disassembly order. Inspect the wear and tear of the removed
parts.
3. Labyrinth and nut thread wear out of limit need to be replaced.
Bearings and seals need to be replaced when they fail.
4. Bearing pedestals and shafts shall be worn out and repaired by
brush or spray.
5. Gear wear, gear base wear, diaphragm wear, belt flywheel wear
can be maintained by welding electrode layer by layer. It should be
noted that when surfacing is carried out, it should not be larger
than the drawing size. After surfacing is completed, it should be
ground to the appropriate size.
6. As the parts that directly impact the coal, the cutter teeth
should be replaced in time in case of excessive wear. When
installing the new gear, after bolting the gear, welding rod should
be used on its edge.
7. After the repair of each component of the crushing shaft set of
the crusher, assembly shall be carried out according to the
specifications.
