Product Features:
1. Gradient filter structure: This product uses a melt-blown
electrostatic cotton and nano-fiber composite structure to achieve
a gradient filtration effect from micron to nanometer level.
2. Stable filtration performance: This product can be applied to
all kinds of environments, and it can still maintain
high-efficiency filtration in various environments such as humidity
and disinfection. This product mainly relies on pure physical
filtration. After the static electricity is removed, the filtration
is stable at more than 80%, while the traditional electrostatic
melt-blown cotton has a filtration efficiency of only 15-25% after
the static electricity is removed.
4. Prevent blood penetration: After spraying 2ml of synthetic blood

Product Structure of Filter Element For Nano-fiber Protective
Mask
The product is composed of spun bonded protective layer, primary
filter layer (PP melt-blown cotton), high-efficiency filter layer
(nano-fiber membrane) and spun bonded supporting layer by
ultrasonic wave. The diameter of melt-blown non-woven fiber is 2-10
um, which can block large particulate matter with more than 2 um;
the fiber diameter of nano-fiber membrane is 100-200 nm, and the
formed three-dimensional porous structure can effectively separate
0.5 um, pollen, harmful substance and other
pollutants.
