This is a machine specially used to bend the roller with a flat heat running system into a spiral heater. It is also suitable for coiling and processing of small diameter tubular electronic roller heaters. The mandrel is driven by a stepping motor (the mandrel can be replaced). The mandrel is equipped with a pneumatic clamping joint, which tightly clamps the heating tube through a pneumatic mechanism and coils the heating tube along the axis. The machine has an automatic wire stripping mechanism and is controlled by PLC.
