WNS series oil gas fired packaged boiler is a safe and high
efficiency (98%) heating equipment with high automation, it is flue
gas three pass and wet back structure, widely used for industrial
production and processing, such as textile mill, medicine
industry, food & beverage industry, chemical industry, garment
industry, food processing industry, and wood processing industry,
moreover, it could be used for central heating in enterprise,
hotel, hospital, civil architecture, etc.
It is full-automatic
oil(gas) fired packaged steam boiler; adopting horizontal internal
micro positive pressure combustion, full wetback design, high
efficiency spirally corrugated tubes, fuel economizer and
reasonable insulation package; the thermal efficiency can reach
more than 90%. Its novel design, rational structural and nice
performance achieved perfect quality and nice
performance.

boiler, chimney and piping system, in which the main
engine and chimney parts have been manufactured in the factory, and
the piping valves and instruments supporting the
mainboilerhave been installed randomly, and then
transported to the site to assemble the main engine and chimney.On
the spot connect the air source, power supply and water pipeline to
start the test.Greatly shorten the installation cycle, and can
guarantee the quality ofsteam
boiler.
2. Advanced design
performance.The main boiler is of integral structure,
the burner is assembled on the cover of the front smoke box, and
the main body is arranged with heating surface and combustor.With
reasonable structure, compact, low steel consumption, furnace with
offset waveform furnace, thermal insulation layer choose new
lightweight heat insulation material, outer packing USES color
sheet, appearance packaging for cuboid, the boiler performance,
weight, structure size and appearance modelling and compared with
the capacity of the domestic product has obvious advancement and
the look and feel.The boiler feed water equipment is arranged on
the boiler base on the right side of the boiler so that it can be
integrated with the main engine without having to make another
foundation.

2. The main steel used
in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, which ensures the safety and
reliability of the boiler.
3. Welding materials
shall be selected according to NB/T47018. Full penetration welding
with argon protection shall be performed on the boiler
tube.
