Biodegradable EPS Resin  
EPS anaerobically biodegrades an average of *2% over 4 years under conditions that simulate both wetter and biologically active landfills*.
 EPS degrades only in a microbe rich environment and the resin properties are not changed from standard EPS.
* Using the ASTM D******1 test method, cups made from EPS have shown to degrade *2% over 4 years under conditions that simulate both wetter and biologically active landfills.
