DZL series chain grate biomass steam boiler,
is a kind of horizontal three-pass water tube and fire tube shell
boiler, the left and right side water cooling wall of furnace is
radiation heating area, both side of flue and thread fire tube of
inner boiler drum is convection heating area. Front and back
furnace wall and both side of water cooling wall made up of
refractory bricks. Use light chain grate add fuels mechanically,
and equip with blower, draft fan for mechanical ventilation, also
equip with scraper slag extractor for discharging the ash
automatically.
This series boiler is single drum horizontal
type shell boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate, has the
advantages of feed mechanically and strong adaptability of
different fuels.

is the single drum longitudinal type water and fire tube shell
water boiler, the burning equipment is the chain
grate.
1. The fire grate is compact and dense.
It is especially suitable for the combustion of biomass
particles.
2. Boiler internal heating area is
larger than the same specifications of coal-fired boilers, to make
up for the disadvantage of biomass fuel combustion
value.
3. The condition is stable, continuous
fuel combustion. By adjusting the secondary speed air volume,
control the speed of combustion ignition.

enhance heat transfer, improve the heat transfer coefficient and
thermal efficiency.
Due to disturbance of smoke in the

by itself .
