If you are CLOSE to serious end Buyer (not any intermediary claims Buyer) may interested by this origin crude oil specification as per attached, please confirm interest with Buyers price expectation, exact quantity, delivery STO or STS Gulf sea to Oman or Dubai port or CIF with port name.  


 Price CIF Asia $7**0 ; Rotterdam $8**0,  Fees $0.*0* buyers side $0.*5 fully open 
2% P.B affects the price, but if Buyer requires it, this price would be then less $1 
 
If serious interest by these conditions, we expect ICPO with primary bank ; we would be delighted evaluate any mature and real deal. (Draft ICPO on request)
