INTRODUCTION of Single-Pole Conductor Bar System:
The Single Pole conductor bar system is for Crane Power Supply,
including bus bar with enclosed safty shell, carbon brush current
collector, clamps, supports, etc. It is especially suitable for
application in multi-pole power supply, high-speed operation and
large current. Its widely used in metallurgy, shipbuilding plant,
for overhead crane, gantry crane, suspension crane, hoist,
automobile manufacturing plant, loading and unloading at port
etc.
We supply full set of conductor system, including conductor bar,
protective cover, feeding sets, joint materials, end caps, hanger
clamp, expansion parts, towing arm, current collector, support
bracket, isolation parts, etc. Liftsmart also provides curve
conductor bar with R≥***0mm. All conductor bars have obtained CCC,
ISO***1 and CE certification.
MATERIAL of Single Pole Conductor Bar System:
Conducive material: Copper/Aluminum
Housing material: PVC (ambient temperature *0℃~**0℃)
The single pole conductor bar materials are copper (**0A****0A) and
aluminum (**0A****0A). The aluminum conductor bar is provided with
a proven stainless steel contact surface (There is no need to add
stainless steel strip in case the conductor used as bus bar).
