Description

Application:

Used for splicing and bonding two long foam materials together to increase width.

Performance:

1. Easy operation, simple maintenance and high efficiency.

2. Loss waste, perfect appearance and no scorch marks.

Operating Principle:

Transferred two pieces foam by rollers, heated by hot air at junction from two sides, laterally laminated to make fusing. Controlled by PLC system and driven by servo motor to quickly complete splicing.
