The whole perlite expansion furnace system include equipment: bucket elevator, indirect preheating furnace (include burner), main bucket elevator and chute, expansion furnace and burners, stainless steel water cooling chamber and final products collector, cyclone dust collector, multi tube cyclone dust collector, finished products silo(stock bin), pulse bag dust collector and so on.

• (1) Architecture: insulation and heat insulation of building roofs and walls; lightweight aggregates of building materials.
• (2) Industrial: Dip-pressed hydrophobic perlite insulation board, sound absorbing panel, partition wall panel, fireproof panel, etc.
• (3) Deep cold, low temperature engineering insulation, industrial equipment, pipeline insulation, etc.
• (4) Agriculture and horticulture: soil improver, soilless culture substrate, pesticide retardation agent.
• (5) Others: filter aids, fillers, abrasive materials, slag materials for steel making processes, etc.
