The banbury laboratory rubber mixer is used in rubber and plastics of mixing and dispersion. The machine is simple operation, energy efficient; suitable for laboratory formulations development and small scale production.

This banbury laboratory rubber mixer is equipped with PLC programmable color touch screen, human-machine interface operating system. Temperature, time and torque can display instantly. The mixing process will be completed automatically, simple and applicable with energy efficiency.

3、Controller：PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface system, all the parameters can be set arbitrarily and control, dynamic display of mixing process.

4、Feeding method：Turn-over material by motor

6、Rotor speed：0-50 rpm interver regulates the speed

7、Rotor material：SKD chrome-molybdenum alloy, surface treated by carburizing, chrome plating, polishing and other processes, rockwell hardness up to 60HRC.

8、Cooling method：It is cooled by tap water
