friction force and heat during long-time running period so as to
improve precision and prolong lifetime of machine and
die.

operate by common worker,the angle ,rotating speed and fault of

Casting iron is made of high tensile strength alloy steel which is
inspected by Chinese quality inspection department. The machine
body can keep stably and low shock during high speed running
process to ensure the precision.
It is easy to adjust die-height by manual/electric
mode.
Reverse-side load dynamic balancing option which can balance shock
of bolster and crank during high speed running process to improve
precision.

precision and prolong life span.
High intensity and grinding resistance alloy nodular cast iron is
adopted on important cast components such as machine body,
foundation, sliding block, flywheel and connecting rod etc to
ensure whole machine stably and high precision.
For high precision and speed, all bearings are adopted imported
ones from Japan.
