without skin, whole or split. Available now in stock are the
large green "laird and the red lentils". Whole red lentils
are 1/2 cm wide with earthy flavor and soft texture. This lentils
are crimson , which is deep orange color. This wonderful pulses has
been used as traditional substitutes for meat. Also available is
the decorticated whole red lentils also known as football.
