The automatic artificial stone casting production line is composed of a vacuum casting machine, a multi-purpose belt type conveyor, a flying saw, a liquid control device, an air control device, and an electric control box. It can produce different dimensions of slabs/sheets at the request of our customers. Controlled by the PLC program, it automatically proportionates and mixes the raw materials. When the raw materials pass through the casting machine, the air and moisture hidden in the raw materials are eliminated in the expansion tank by the vacuum pump in an extreme vacuum condition to produce slabs of high solidity and unity. During the mixing process with the auger/screw, hardener and pigment are automatically added. The fully mixed compound will be smoothly and evenly ejected from the casting machine, then carried away by the conveyor belt, and is finally cut by the flying saw after it fully hardens. On request, a thermal cover and heating equipment will be installed onto the major conveyor belt to speed up the hardening process and reduce the length of the conveyor belt.
